JEOLLABUK-DO, South Korea -  Jeollabuk-do or North Jeolla is a province in the southwest of South Korea. The province is part of the Honam region, and is bounded on on the north by Chungcheongnam-do, Jeollanam-do on the south, and on the east by Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. Jeollabuk-do is divided into 6 major cities namely Jeonju, Gunsan, Jeongeup, Namwon, Iksan and Gimje. In Gimje City, our lovely kababayan is happily and successfully living, Cielo Surio. Read more

Ida with Finlander mate

PORNAINEN, Finland - Located in the province of Southern Finland, Pornainen is also a part of the Uusimaa region and Helsinki sub-region. The municipality has a population of 4,569 and covers an area of 150.05 km² of which 3.42 km² is surrounded with water. Pornainen is located in the city of Sippo where our dearest and bubbly friend and loving kababayan now permanently residing in serenity along the countryside.

Alice and Ida Kemppainen

Alice Kemppainen a lovely Filipina married to a Finlander and bless with lovely and charming 8 year-old daughter named Ida is the latest hailers of the program Pinoy Overseas sa Aksyon Radyo. Our dearest kabayan Alice is also a very down-to-earth and so friendly Pinay we met, now enjoying the bundles of living in serenity and of the good life in Southern Finland. Alice and Ida are the very first Filipinas we met supporting in a country of thousands of lakes and islands, the Southern Finland.

MANITOBA, Canada - In the longitudinal centre of Canada, Manitoba is located. Although it is considered part of the Western Canada. It borders Saskatchewan to the west, Ontario to the east, Nunavut and the Hudson Bay to the north, and the American states of North Dakota and Minnesota to the south. Across the border from North Dakota, USA, we can locate one of our kababayan who is successfully enjoying her 18 years of stay in Canada. Meet our lovely kababayan Ms. Evangeline Javier who grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba and really miss her love ones in Angeles, Pampanga and all of her raltives and friends also in Mexico and Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines. Ms. Javier really loves music, she's fond of listening to rock band Lifehouse and favorite song You and Me, which we lovingly dedicated to her.

LEI YUE MUN, HONG KONG ISLAND - Dayleen Reas and Thelma Sumrow, our dear kababayan shares their proud walk at the Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence. The museum was built as a fort by the British in 1887 and was originally built for coastal defence, especially for the east Victoria Harbour. The musuem is located at Lei Yue Mun near Shau Kei Wan.

Thelma says, the musuem's total land area is 34,200 square meters and an exhibition entitled "600 Years Of Total Defence" is held permanently in the musuem. It's a wonderful cultural and historical walk for our deares kababayans, a nice moment to share.

Kabayan Welcome In Macau

SAN MALO, MACAU - Macau's central plaza where you can find amazing and a clash of Portuguese and oriental architectural structures. A place in Macau were our beloeved Kababayans Me-Anne, Ochie and Jessie dwells. Me-Anne, one of our deareast supporters treasures every single day of her stay in Macau, like her visit at the Cheoc Van Beach, at the South of the Coloagne Island. The resort has two pousadas, or small hotels, a park and a nice swimming pool, a restaurant good for a romantic nite-out and a leisure center.

NEW YORK CITY, USA - The Rockfeller Center is a complex of 19 commercial buildings covering 22 acres between 48th and 51st Streets in New York City and it is located in the center of Midtown Manhattan, spanning between Fifth Avenue and Seventh Avenue, it is also an international symbol of commerce and capitalism.

One of the Center's major tourist attraction is the lighting of the Rockfeller Center Christamas Tree, an event usually broadcast on NBC. Faith Landicho, our lucky kababayan in New Jersey experienced the great event and shares her excitement and thrills in watching the Tree - a Norway spruce 75 - 90 ft. tall and has grown to be a New York City Tradition.

HONG KONG Disneyland is the first theme park inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, which is owned and managed by the Hong Kong Intl. Theme Parks, an incorporated company jointly owned by The Walt Disney Company and the Government of Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Disneyland is the fifth and most recent Disneyland in the world and located on reclaimed land in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island. Our dearest kababayan and supporters of our program shows us the beauty and wonder of the park - all smiles like a child once again from Thelma, Dayleen Reas and cousin who went all over from Qatar to visit the four themed lands similiar to those found in the other Disneyland parks all over the world.

According to our kabayan ate Thelma the four themed lands of Hong Kong Disneyland are Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. Current attractions are the Main Street Train Station where you can take a grand tour of Hong Kong Disneyland aboard an excursion-style train. Dayleen also have a time of her life at the Space Mountain - a thrilling high-speed journey to the far reaches of the universe and back to this interstellar roller coaster featuring great music and wonderful sound effects synchronised to the ride's twists, turns and drops.

STOCKHOLM is the capital of Sweden, and Sweden is a Nordic country in Scandinavia. It is bordered by Norway in the west, Finland in the northeast, the Skagerrak Strait and the Kattegat Strait in the southwest, and the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Bothnia in the east. It is connected to Denmark in the southwest by the Oresund Bridge and it is where the two very lovely Pinay-European resides and the newest supporters of Pinoy Overseas sa Aksyon Radyo. They're half-Filipina and half-European, the other one is in Music School and the other one is taking up Nursing - meet the newest Muses of the program Maria Karanza and Alexandra, the loving daughters of our dear kababayan and friend from Sison, Pangasinan now in Sweden, Ms. Elizabeth Rudenscholtz.
