OLD tradition says that GOD created the angels. The Winged Beings arbitrating between Heaven and Earth and can manifest in any form. The angels were given the purpose of ministering to all the seeming phenomena in the universe. In attempting to best define of what angels are, there are of course many different definitions, but the general consensus is that angels are very intelligent beings without physical form, a purely spiritual being. Primary mission of angels are to sustain the whole world and reflect the glory of God. Most of the angels aligned themselves with the Divine Will, to show their adoration, surrendered their free will to God. Those who did not eventually submitted to pride and came into conflict with God. Thus, began the War In Heaven, betwen God's Favorite Angel, Archangel Lucifer and the Prince Of Light, Archangel Michael.

      Archangel Michael was known as the warrior against the force of darkness with the Sword Of Truth and Scales of Justice, and was in the third triad along with three best known Archangels Raphael, Uriel and Gabriel. According to the study of angels - Angelology, Angels were divided in nine groups or order, grouped in three triads - The Celestial Hierarchies. First triad is the highest-ranking Choir Of Angels - The Burning Ones - Seraphim. The familiar visualization of the chubby baby, who ranks as the Second Choir are the Cherubim, and the Many-Eyed Wheels of Fire - The Thrones. Seond triad are the Dominions, headed by angels Zadkiel, Zachariel and Terathel.

      The angels who are responsible for the motions and cycles of all the stars and planets in the universe are the Virtues. The angels who are responsible for guiding the pathways leading to Heaven and for guiding lost souls are the Powers. In the third triad, the Principalities guide the earthly rulers, leaders, nations and all communities. The Principalities are also responsible in guiding religions in the way of truth. Next, are the known Herald Angels of God - Archangels, and the lowest order of the choir are the Angels, mostly involved with humanity, guiding and protecting us. This Choir also includes the Guardian Angels.
